#SocialMediaDay — Thanks To Our Great Clients!

Happy #SocialMediaDay! We thought we’d spend a moment sharing some of the work our clients have been kind enough to let us help with!

Oakridge Centre is our high-fashion client. We’re always busy with active campaigns to work on — most recently the recent #OAKSecretGarden campaign featuring a 60 foot long indoor garden maze. In that program, we achieved more than 25x their internal goal for engagement. We spend most of our time creating and posting content to their channels, and answering questions from guests and locals. We love to showcase their stylish yet laid-back personality and keep up with the who's who of Vancouver's fashion bloggers.

For Kildonan Place, we also handle content and engagement/moderation, and take the lead on social during big events like the ever-popular Weiner Dog Races and Santa Claus visits. On top of handling social engagement, we also have a blast creating and sharing witty content for Kildonan Place’s social channels.The KP team is never short on humour and always keep us on our toes with regular events and plenty of grand openings for new stores.

We’ve been the digital agency for the Vancouver Sun Run for the last four years; and our numbers get better each year. Once training season begins, we hit the ground running (sorry). We’re in their channels from sunup to sundown on race day and several of our team members are on the ground during the event mingling with the runners and sharing live updates. The energy and positivity of the Vancouver Sun Run is something we love!

Pacific Coastal Airlines is one of our newest clients. but we didn’t waste any time in diving deep into their social channels. We developed a comprehensive 90+-page Social Engagement Strategy, outlining the company's strategy. As part of this work, we completed a comprehensive competitive review, generated a brand voice-and-tone guide, designed a detailed content strategy, prepared an active listening strategy, and much more. We’ll leave the piloting to them but we’re determined to make their engagement numbers soar.

The Wall Centre Hotels, among Canada’s top rated hotel chains, connects us with the finer things in life. We completed a comprehensive Social Engagement Strategy including a negative response strategy, detailed crisis response plan, and influencers shortlist. Later this summer, we will also begin content marketing, social posts, and an aggressive social advertising program on its public channels. We’re looking forward to extending their five-star reputation to their social channels!

We have been lucky to work closely with the City of Coquitlam as they revamped their social channels this year. First, we created a comprehensive social media Blueprint that included a detailed competitive review, a complete audit of all their social channels, suggestions for content creation, and best practices for community management and engagement. This work went so well that we will now be conducting weekly content reviews of upcoming content with suggestions for better engagement. We can’t wait to see what’s next!

Managing The Grey Cup Festival’s social media has proven to be one of our most rewarding experiences as social media managers. For the past three years, we have built the social channels for the the Grey Cup Festival from early fall until several weeks post-Grey Cup. Each year. we were right in the thick of it — managing and fielding questions from fans, posting content, setting up and monitoring Facebook Ads, and running giveaways. During Festival Week, we deploy out team on the ground during the events to capture live content, with other from engageQ back in the office monitoring engagement and answering questions and concerns.
