Do you outsource your work?
Nope. Never. All of our work is done in-house by our own team members. All based in North America with English as a first language.
How much does it cost?
Less than you may think. We don’t believe in offering set plans because we know that every brand has its own unique needs. When we quote a price, it’s all-inclusive, never changes, and never goes over budget without your prior approval. We think no-surprises is a good way to work.
Will I be assigned different people?
While all members of our team are kept up to speed on your account, you will be assigned one consistent team member to be your single point of contact. You’ll get that person’s real email address and direct phone number. Call them whenever you want.
How responsive are you?
Very. You’ll find that we return emails within minutes (and actually answer our phones!). We’re always happy to jump on a quick call to figure something out together or give you some advice. We don’t “run the clock” on this time. It’s just part of our commitment to excellent client service.
Will you work with our existing team?
Absolutely. We don’t believe in duplicating work, so we’re more than happy to integrate with your internal staff, web design firm, public relations agency, or other support people. But, as always, we treat your organization’s information as highly confidential and will look to you to tell us who to share it with.
